Is there a setting to force a Site Identity Button's use of a differently-sized font, or only hover-popup display the lengthy name (now beside the lock icon)?

On some websites, the Site Identity Button has an associated name which can absorb most of the remaining space in the address bar and truncate visibility of the full URL as a consequence (WaPo is particularly bad in this regard). I'd like to reclaim that space, either by forcing the font to be much smaller or maybe toggling the name display in or out somehow. That notion of a toggle or hover-popup display would perhaps be something to pass along to the developers for consideration in a future version, but there might be a setting for that location's data to use a non-default font.
