When I try to print my stantment from key bank all I get are 3 pages of "9's)

Can you tell whether the statements are in PDF format?
Firefox's built-in PDF viewer isn't great for printing. If you can, it's better to download the PDF into Apple's Preview program or Adobe Acrobat for printing. You can use the arrow button on the viewer's black toolbar to do that.
