why does my screen keep turning white with a Firefox crash report showing as last open window?
I've been using Firefox for as long as I can remember & up until now I have never had any problems, but lately I will be doing something on my phone & the whole screen just turns white & the only way to get out of it is to close & clear all windows. But when I go to clear my windows it always shows that the last window open it titled "Firefox crash report", I don't know what that means or if you can help but I thought I would try asking before I have to try resetting my phone to default rebooting. Please of you can help

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.
