Hi, when updating sometimes things do not go right. No idea if is Firefox or Windows. If the browser is completely crashing please send the bp- reports including the bp- Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

It could also be that your system is low on ram and on cpu processing : Please go to Options --> General --> Performance and uncheck the box for Use Recommended Settings and try changing the Process count to 2 and can also go up but note more cpu and ram will be used. You will need to reboot after makng any changes.

Then go to Privacy & Security and down to Permissions. Please ensure that the box for Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser is checked.

I've tried what you suggested but now I've given up. FF 60.0.1 is now behaving in a crash mode each time I open a web tab as if there is something in the program code that has been missed. As a busy person I really don't have the time to experiment, when all this hunting about is frustration and eye strain in perfection. Sorry to put this way but it's true. All I can tell you, it's crashed but no bp information is yet given. MS diagnostics is rubbish. That part may not be in error, but the system isn't informing me where the problem issues are. All I see is a tab dot moving left to right. Tiring.

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.
