Why are apostrophes and other punctuation appearing as "âÂÂ" in embedded twitter in browser. It does not happen in Chrome.

What you see are the individual characters that make a specific Unicode character instead of the actual Unicode character.
You can check the current encoding via "View -> Text Encoding" setting and make sure it is Unicode.
