HOW DO I START WITH YOUR NEW UNINTELLIGIBLE FIREFOX
There used to be a useable Firefox help upper left corner. now when you click on it there is nothing but a blank page. I can't even use my computer because your new firefox update is junk. So much blah blah blah. and nothing makes sense??? I can't even get to open my Yahoo home page because your program won't let me. You say you can go back to the previous version but don't recomend it and even so it won't let you because you block it and prevent it by saying "YOU MUST TURN OFF FIREFOX FIRST". really? It can't be done because you block it in add/remove programs. So what do I do now. I can't use my computer anymore because firefox has screwed it up so bad.

Support Volunteers can't make changes to Firefox, and if your rude do not have to help at all when there is attitude like that.
So do not like it : Going back : unfortunately 56.0.2 and below is no longer safe to use for every day use do to secuity issues, but 52.5.0 ESR is. It will continue to get security updates until May 2018, and you can download and install it from this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ Note : Legacy Extensions will be deleted or removed in any version update after May 2018.
You should make a backup of your Profile before going back and just because: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
