I am a new Firefox user and when I was using Chrome, I could print the body of an email (Gmail) with no problems and I could view attachments and print them directly from the viewer. With Firefox I cannot. If I try to print an email it wants to print the entire window and cuts off the text while including the side bar... and that's if I could actually get it to print. Read on. If I try to print an attachment from the viewer without downloading it, or try to print an email no matter the format, my printer rejects it with a message that says there is a problem with the paper feed, which is false. The printer works perfectly in every other program and works perfectly if I download the attachment first. This is purely a Firefox issue. The need for printing attachments without downloading first is not as important to me as being able to print an email. This process is required as my customers use that format to place orders.
