In last version RELOAD icon is moved to left of page, after many years... i continue to look at right of URL !!! is possible restore position?

Please go to the 3 Bar Menu then click Customize. Drag and Drop I moved mine to between the Address Bar and the Search Bar . If want far side Move to just after the Search Bar.
