how do I change the servers password

more options

I have been using Comcast as my outgoing server for years and I have always used TB. But now some of my messages going out to #######@vtevt.com and #######@vzwpix.com are not going out when I use TB and the same was true with the Comcast web portal. I had to change my web based Xfinity account server logon password to fix the problem when using the web browser and I successfully was sending the e-mail message to the Verizon address but since I can not change the server password within TB 53.3.0. I can not send the messages with TB so I had to change the Xfinity password back to the orignial server Password and I can still not send to the address. It has been suggested that if I can figure out how to change the outgoing server PW I should be able to resolve my issue. It looks to me that I would have to delete my TB account and start new to fix the issue but doing that I wouuld lose thousands of e-mails. Do you have any suggestiond or am I looking in the wrong place or considering the wrong issues?

Thank you I will try that again last time I changed the e-mail password on Comcast web site and tried to change the TB password to the same one TB would not log into the comcast server giving me a message that the PW was not accepted. I got the feeling that the server password I had in my TB which dowes not show could not be changed. I will try again and let you know if it works. Thank you for your suggestion I will try it.
