Been having this problem for some time now and need it solved. I have Msn as my homepage and when I click on a news article and start to scroll down the page (a large video thats muted will be on the page running no sound) then the large video then goes small and shoots to the right hand of the page a very very annoying feature so I would like to stop this happening. I am running a macbook pro and have latest OS and also tried the site on Chrome and Safari and does not happen on them.
