Huge Problems when disable or Uninstall Addons ( Certificate Manager or Export All Certificates )
Hi, I installed these add-ons ( Certificate Manager & Export All Certificates ). If i disabled or uninstalled any of them , the result that I can not browse any secure site ( HTTPS:// )

I'm not familiar with those extensions. For Certificate Manager, the oldest review mentions the same problem, so that one sounds like the most likely culprit. The release notes indicate it should have been fixed in version 1.0.7 (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/ad.../versions/), but it sounds as though that is not the case.
If you are done with the extension, I suggest renaming the current cert8.db file and allowing Firefox to rebuild it as described in the following article: "This Connection is Untrusted" error message appears - What to do - "Corrupted certificate store" section. If you prefer to turn it on and off, well... ??? I think the add-on developers would be in the best position to explain what the heck their extension does.
Thanks , It Works. the Steps to solve this problem as the following:
1- Uninstall these addons ( Certificate Manager and Export All Certificates ) 2- Close Firefox 3- Go to Profiles folder %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ 4- you will find a folder ".....,.default" , Open It. 5-Delete this File cert8.db 6- Open Firefox and it will recreate cert8.db
