Microsoft Print to PDF goes through the motions but fails to create a file. This started before 20161023 and after the last Microsoft update. For a the last couple of years, I have not been able to select text or the portion of page to be printed; the program just automatically loads the entire webpage to the print window. This makes it very difficult to exclude advertisement or reduce the amount of ink. My workaround has been to cut-n-paste or to do a window capture and paste, but that is not very convenient.
