Why is Firefox needing two minutes for starting several radio streams?

Hello,

I have a new problem with several live web radio streams playing in a browser window. They only start playing about two minutes after opening the browser window. As far as I see it occurred after my update to windows 10 Version 1607 (anniversary update), or around that. Under "Ethernet" in the windows task manager I can see that there is an incoming web stream as soon as I open the window, but the sound is beginning much later. This is not only happening in Firefox, but also with Chrome and IE 11. But there is no delay in playing on MS Edge. So not sure if this is for Mozilla support, or Microsoft, or... . But as it occurred to me first on Firefox as my standard web browser,...  ;-)

Also not all web radio streams have this problem, but several ones:

Streams from NDR (http://www.ndr.de/radio/index.html#). At least NDR2 and several other ones I tested. The visible "now playing" Information indicates that the stream seems to be permanently buffered, as I am hearing the last song, not the current one. Streams from HR (http://www.hr-online.de/website/static/streaming_popup/mp3streamer.jsp?client=hr3) are also affected..

Streams from WDR are working normal (http://www1.wdr.de/radio/player/radioplayer104~_layout-popupVersion.html), but obviously they are using another streaming format, as Ethernet traffic shows data bursts instead of a constant transmission.

So, any idea? Is there a "buffer value" i could adjust? Could not find anything via google about this special problem.

Thanks in advance.
