Hello. After reinstalling windows not bookmarks, passwords, history synchronized. Help, please. Thank you.

Sorry, but Sync wasn't intended to be used as a backup medium for a computer is being re-imaged. Sync is made to synchronize Firefox data between connected devices - where Firefox data will always be on at least one device at all times.
The problem that we see all too frequently is that the user has a problem when logging into Sync and they reset their Sync / Firefox Account Password, which wipes their data from the Sync server - and the user doesn't heed the warning about their data being wiped. See the screenshot of that warning message.

Search your hard drive for the folder; Windows.old
There is no such directory. Windows was recovered from Acronis image.
