firefox seach engine shows other people's searches on my computer

Are you seeing search suggestions, or something else?
Does anyone else use your computer? Are you using sync?
Firefox from mozilla.org is a web browser and not a search engine as a search engine is say google.com or bing.com for example.
If other people are using Firefox on the PC it may just be showing results in relation to the past searches with the search engine you have setup as default in Firefox.
