can't send email. asks for outgoing password????? have tried your help articles. PLEASE can I speak with a human to solve this problem?!!!!

NO. Have tried help articles. Please may I speak with a human to solve this problem?! Cannot send emails. asks for out going password?? have tried changing password -program will not allow. Recieve emails without difficulty.

This is not speaking. this is typing. much time gets wasted in electronic circles when an actual verbal and auditory real time exchange over a device designed to carry such communication would save much time and frustration. I believe it's what us old timers used to refer to as a phone call. there are no phone numbers listed on "contact us" sites. Still can't send emails.

Your using a product created by volunteers without a single employee or dollar to pay a bill with. For some reason we have no phones. Something this old times calls being broke.

So perhaps instead of wasting time debating the virtues of a communication medium that is simply not available we could look at your issue. But what is wrong with being asked for a password? If it is not saved or what is saved does not get you signed in your asked for it.
