Firefox crashes

Hey i don't know what to do i've tried the following things:
installing and reinstalling. starting in safe mode- it won't just crashes. setting no proxy turning off hardward accelerating it won't even refresh. just crashes. tried updating java.
i don't know what else to do. i can't get mozilla to do much of anything except become unresponsive and spin the wheel.

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
