How do I get Firefox 44.0.2 to work with Pure3.0 on WIN7 32 Ultimate?

I just let Firefox auto-update me to most recent version (44.0.2) and got an error message about Kaspersky being disabled because it is not compliant with some certification requirement of Firefox. I'm running the Kaspersky Pure 3.0 product on a dell Latitude with WIN7 Ultimate 32 bit SP1.

I'm not seeing anything on the Kaspersky site that might be a patch.

1. How do I get it to run? 2. What about Kaspersky do I need to know that you are not letting it run? 3. If I don't want it to run, what AV program do you recommend / disrecommend? 4. I see in the troubleshooting info attached that the Kaspersky section has "isActive":true... was the Firefox error bogus?
