How can I verify that a suggested Firefox update that appears on my desktop is truly from mozilla

A Firefox update popped up on my Mac. I didn't go in search of it and wanted to make sure it was legitimate.

Hi, if in any doubt, open the 3-bar menu > Help (question mark at bottom right) > About Firefox.
