i CAN'T LOG INTO FACEBOOK MORE THAN ONCE PER DAY
When I log out of facebook and try to log in again I get a message that says
Please Try again Later, you are trying to often.
This just started happening, is there a setting that controls this

I don't think so, why do you log out of facebook? Have you contacted facebook?
