Recently while playing world of Warcraft, i had Mozilla on my second monitor, i think i was watching some twitch streams, it randomly crashed, and for 2 minutes i couldn't get the browser working. when i got it working all of my addons disappeared, as far as i know only the addons were affected. I reinstalled them thinking nothing of it but only some of them seem to be working, for example imagus, an addon that shows images when i hover over a link, doesn't work, as well as better twitch TV which can change some features of the website twitch.TV. ALL of these were working less an hour ago before my Firefox crashed. I tried the feature on your website that sets Firefox back to its original settings but that didn't work either, and as far as i know i don't have any malicious software installed, nor unwanted toolbars.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
