I had a cool idea for your browser that i think many users would love. And since it is a small and useful tool, i think it would be a good idea to incorporate it into your web browser. I have been using Firefox for as long as i can remember and i would never choose any other browser over it. I tried to find out how to contact you, but I was not successful. The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.
You have to keep in mind that Firefox is not just for Windows as it is for Mac OSX and Linux also on desktop as you can see at www.mozilla.org/firefox/all
Also Mozilla does not add things unless it was deemed a worthwhile thing to add as anything added potentially increases amount of workload in maintaining and updating that part.
You can search in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi to see if a related bug report has already been filled in the general issues tracker. Actual bugs only make up a part of reports.
