Every time I try to access mozilla I get the normal site at first but 4 seconds later something called wizebar bar pops up. I tried un installing and reinstlling that does not work it does the same thing please help!

You are the not the first person to have had this problem. You may want to follow this previous question from a few years back that seemed to resolve the issue (link).
