Chinese characters suddenly appeared at the top of my Outlook Web app
They only appear in Firefox on my computer. If I sign in from smartphone I have normal English menu words.

hello, this is a displaying flaw often caused by the mcafee site advisor extension - please try to disable or remove that in case you have it present until there is an update by mcafee that can fix the problem.
