Firefox crashes

My computer keeps constantly crashing. Just posted the Crash ID a while ago. I just forgot to write the details.
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

You can check for issues caused by plugins and set all plugins to "Ask to Activate" on the "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins" page (plugins are not affected by Firefox Safe Mode)
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

I looked at the Mozilla Crash Reports and saw the reason for the crash: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ
That is because garbage collection tries to free memory that is no longer being used and doesn't exist anymore. The actual error can have happened quite some time ago and it is not possible in such a case to find what went wrong and where it went wrong.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox if you haven't done this yet.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.
