My Firefox is blank
When I click upon the shortcut, my Firefox opens with nothing but the top bar with the Firefox logo and the close, minimize, and resize buttons. I am unable to right click, use Alt+(key) commands, or use Ctrl+(key) commands. I have no address bar or toolbars. The screen is completely white. I right clicked on my shortcut and tried every option, then I went to uninstall it and it said I must close the open window but there is no such window in existence. HELP! SOB! (Save Our Browser)

right click anywhere on your desktop toolbar or hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete and go to task manager, select processes tab and find firefox.exe, right click on it ( or them ) and click end process, when it's gone try again to re-install your browser
