The reason the norton toolbar get's disabled is because it is not updated to support the recent version of Firefox. You can help prevent this by updating Norton at the same time you update Firefox.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You should seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

When in the Firefox support page and clicking on the send button to send an email TO FIREFOX a Firefox message box opens stating that the message has not been allowed.
