You guys keep hijacking my browser and stopping all my work on a near weekly basis. Shutting down my ability to work on projects and stopping my browser from functioning in the middle of use. I can't even pay bills without you guys interrupting my browser with your bullcrap.

This is unacceptable. I've gone through great lengths trying to stop you from hijacking my browser. I installed a policy generator and followed the instructions to put a policy in. I uninstalled Firefox's background updater tool. I disabled automatic updates in the settings to the best of my ability.

I've gone through everything I can think of trying to stop your forced updates. Its unethical what Mozilla is doing to its users. I even tried to lock policies with admin only authorizations but firefox couldn't read the file anymore when I did that. I did confirm today that the policy file was still working, when Firefox ignored it and shut down my browser till I restarted it. I confirmed that Firefox is blatently ignoring policies.

I just checked and Background Maintnence was installed again when I didn't want it. You're now installing software against my will too? What the hell is going on.

I wanted to install Thunderbirds on my Ipad (Apple Air). In the AppStore I didn‘t found a Link for a Download, - so I used a downloadlink in the Internet. About 149,…MB. After the complete Download I couldn‘t install the Programm on the IPad. The Icon is „grey“ designed and seems to be not activatable. I‘ve had the same problem with libre office.bold text

I Updated to Your Latest Thunderbird (Default) Update: And Now I Can't Open Addresses in A-Separate Window.... So I went Back to Previous Installation: And Now It Can't Find my Original Histrionic Emails on my D:Drive... I'm Trying to Reinstall my Original Version: And It's now Looking for mt Emails (which Don't Exist) On my C:Drive... 1) Firstly, I posted earlier because I needed to add a second app-specific password to my account. What I discovered was that my Account Settings tab had disappeared. I got a response from someone that I had to change my email password, and it would reappear. IT DIDN'T. So I've changed my password and I still have no access to my Account Settings! What do I do? I really don't understand why, if I could log in with my old password, what the point is to change the password to correct the Account Settings problem. I need HELP!

2) I need HELP getting either Thunderbird (my normal email client) connected or change to a new email client that will actually work. The problem is that Thunderbird for some reason can't connect even with an app-specific password! I have been struggling with this for more than two days and there is NO HELP from GMX that solves the problem. And it's not just GMX, there's no help from Thunderbird. My sole source of help has been to post queries on the internet and follow what AI tells me which has been only part right. At least it's something. But now I can't even change my account settings!!!!
