resend doesn't work

Using Firefox 27.0.1. I'm submitting a form (post) and the page re-displays because there is an error on the form. When I refresh the page with F5 or the refresh button the resend confirmation dialog pops up. When I choose resend the dialog closes but nothing is posted back to the server.

I'm developing an MVC website locally on my desktop so I'm not sure if that has any bearing.

How do I fix this so that resend actually resends the information back to the server?

Try posting at the Web Development / Standards Evangelism forum at MozillaZine. The helpers over there are more knowledgeable about web page development issues with Firefox.
