Bitdefender could not clean this item. My computer is not virus-free. Virus name: Gen:VariantAdware.BHO Bprotector.1. Can you advise how to clean this item and eliminate the source of this offending item.

I think this is part of Babylon. Can you find Babylon or Browser Protector in the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features, so you can uninstall it?
