Firefox used to run but now will not open. I have tried the reset and allowing windows firewall. Any suggestions?
Window 8 on new computer. Set up by outside computer person. Firefox has been running and working fine for at least 6 months. Starting yesterday Firefox will not open. I tried the uninstall reinstall, simple firefox restart, allowing windows firewall for Mozilla. I am not a real savvy computer person. Any easy fix?

Try windows safe mode does it work there?
