setup sync on new computer
OLD PC died. Trying to setup FF sync on new PC but every time I sign in to my existing sync account all I get is the pair device option. I don't want to pair a device, I just want to link my new pc to my sync account so I can start syncing again.

You need three things to connect a new "device" to an existing Syn account.
- Account username
- Password
- Sync Key / Recovery Key or "Pair key"
If you are lacking your Sync Key / Recovery Key or can't open Firefox on your old PC to retrieve the "pair key", you won't be able to connect to your Sync account to get your data.
You need to use that "Pair a device" option to setup Sync on the new PC, or use the link in that window for I don't have the device with me - in that case you need your Sync Key / Recovery Key.

Thx for your reply but that's pretty lame. My account is useless to me now since I cannot access my old DEAD PC.
