How can I stop Internet Explorer from blocking the Firefox browser download?
When I try to download the Firefox browser I get a message that Internet Explorer is blocking the download. I assume there is some setting in IE about this but I can find it.

Is it a bar at the top? If so, click it and choose the option to allow the download.
