Firefox moved the viewing screen to the far right of my desktop and I can't move it back.
When I started up my computer I clicked on Firefox like I normally do. This time it opened up the page but shot it to the right of the desktop out of view. I couldn't drag it back and I tried to click on the firefox icon on my bottom bar but that did nothing and I couldn't even close it. I tried rebooting my computer and nothing. Same with shutting my entire computer down. I then uninstalled Firefox all together and reinstalled it but nothing changed. So until I can find an answer I am forced to use IE :(.

On any windows machine use "Alt+SpaceBar" to help you move or resize the window.
Windows 7 (only) users can use WinKey+leftarrow (cursor keys) to reposition window to the left half of the screen and then you can resize or move from there with the normal methods. Works nicely if you for instance lost your window on another monitor or want to switch the window to a different monitor in use. (something to look forward to in the future as you are on Vista)
Please refer to the following article for many more tips, more complete information on how to fix, and if possibly an extension is involved in the problem.
It is still possible to resize and move windows with JavaScript for those who lost the ability with Firefox 8.0 and above, but it involves a couple of extra steps covered in the above article.
I have windows 7 on my desktop. I will give it a shot when I get back to the other computer in turmoil lol. Thanks for the help.
Okay tried out the key combinations you suggested but it did nothing to help the situation.
