I can't get into my personal hotmail account anymore, why?

I can get into Hotmail but not into my own personal account. The time and date on the computer is right and I can get into Google, Facebook and Westpac online, just not Hotmail. Could the problem be with Firefox?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
