sometimes the text shrinks on firefox. how can i keep the font size the same?

sometimes when my hand slides over the mousepad the font size shrinks, how can i get it back to the default?

To reset size back to normal, press and hold Ctrl while pressing 0. More info in the Font size and zoom - increase the size of web pages article.
