when i try to click on reply to an email,it usually opens another box,it attempts to but then has a red circle with a line through it

this has also happened when trying to add pictures on sites and it opens another window.It did not used to do this it is a problem i have come across lately and am not sure if it is since i updated firefox.pop up windows are set to allowed.i think it since i updated but could be a coincidence,as i may have updated some of the other spyware,pop up blocker sites,just never had this problem before?

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

hi,thanks for the reply.i started it up in safe mode and went to the email and tried replying,same thing happened again! does this mean it isnt firefox?if not i have not got a clue what it is doing it!!!
