I want to report an add-on bug, but there's no contact link for the developer

I can't see how to contact Tomislav Jovanovic here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/modesttab/

But there's a note on the above page that reads "Please do not post bug reports in reviews" ~ so what do I do ? Thank you
