What changes do you want to make to the font?
What do you mean with remove the BookMarks Tab from the toolbar ?
Do you want to hide the Bookmarks Toolbar or do you mean the Bookmarks Menu button at the end of the Bookmarks Toolbar that doesn't have any value on Mac ?
I found this great add-on for changing fonts used by FF overall (i.e. not just for the bookmarks toolbar but for everything): https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/theme-font-size-changer/
