I want to prevent people from accessing certain websites, but can be accessed if a password is provided. Is there a feature. I know IE has it but cannot seem to find it in the Internet Options tab.

You can block websites with an extension, but, being it an extension, starting in Safe mode is sufficient to bypass such measures and allows to disable the extension. Other ways to bypass is to use a portable Firefox version on an USB stick.

If you want to block websites then you need to do that on the OS level or in a firewall cq router that is password protected.
