Blank Page on startup even though Home page is set to come up.
When starting the browser only a blank page comes up. I have disabled all add-ons with no resolution, as well as starting in safe mode. Also my settings are set for my homepage to appear upon start-up.

Did you check the target line in the Firefox desktop shortcut?
This can also be a problem with the file sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder
Delete the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak and any existing files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js to prevent Firefox from restoring a previous session.
