Running not responding. Went thru Start;run;typed in %APP etc;double click 'default' folder;what do I do now?
My problem:- Firefox is running but is not responding. Gone thru the process as suggested and shown above. However when the "default" folder is opened an extensive list of 'profile' folders are shown. How do I correct the problem from this point?. eg Does one of these folders have to be manipulated in some way?
