When trying to get licenses for my music it says,"Error: your Netscape browser does not have "Microsoft® Windows Media Services" plug-ins installed. I do have the plug in installed. Any ideas?

Maybe you need the Microsoft® DRM plugins.

Hi, Your browser probably is not currently Internet Explorer. Change your browser back to I.E. and try playing your file. When it updates change your browser back
