Massage comes up when I try to start firefox. Firefox does open, but, it seems something is wrong

have done a virus scan and clean temp files etc
please, no suggestions to offsite and outside downloads, I'm not going to install an offsite software.

Control Panel > Java > Advanced tab > Miscellaneous >Java Quick Starter (disable)
