bookmarks transferred to my new Powerbook via flashdrive: where do I need to put them so they show up in the booknarks drop-down menu
bookmarks: Firefox v. 2.0.0.20 on Mac G4 desktop, running MacOS 10.3.9, backed-up and transferred to Mac Powerbook G4, running Mac OS 10.5.8, Firefox v. 3.6.9. I need to know where to put this bookmarks file on my Powerbook so they will show up in the Bookmarks drop-down menu. Location?

You can import the bookmarks from your Firefox 2.0.0.20 bookmarks HTML file using the instructions here:

Note that, starting in Firefox 3.o, Firefox no longer uses a bookmarks. HTML file to store your bookmarks. The imported bookmarks will be added to the file "places.sqlite" which stores both bookmarks and browsing history (located in the Firefox profile folder).
