Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks > Import & Backup - Import HTML = from Microsoft Internet Explorer

OR

In IE: File > Import/Export - Export to HTML file

then in Firefox: Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Import HTML... = From HTML file

OR
