My download menu is closing
When I try to download items, the menu that usually pops up asking whether to save or open quickly shows up and then disappears

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). You can also try to delete downloads.sqlite (plus downloads.rdf, if it exists) in the Profile Folder
