Check the exceptions. Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Exceptions"

Did everything told and still unable to get in? Its saying something is wrong with the site, but I can open it fine with Google or IE8?

Did you try to remove all exceptions? Microsoft uses a lot of domains while accessing Hotmail. --- You can start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears. You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the Safe mode start window to disable all extensions. You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (on Mac: "Firefox > Quit")

Sorry Cor-e, but how the heck do I delete cookies.sqlite? Man I hope this works!!!!

Deleted cookies.sqlite, and still the same problem/ No hotmail in my Firefox browser (favorites bar)

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins"

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files) See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Transferring_data_to_a_new_profile_-_Firefox
