I can not copy/paste pictures to websites like eBay. My graphics for things such as Radar sites are washed out

I sometimes sell items on sites such as eBay. When I try to copy and paste the picture (from my Photos) is just a weird symbol. If I go to a different computer it works! If I go to a different browser it works! When I open a weather App the radar is all washed out with different colors. What's the issue?
