Timezones in Clock Widget?

Hey guys, am I the only one having trouble finding the right timezone in the widget? I cannot set Indian Time Zone (IST, GMT +5:30, New Delhi, whatever) nor easily find Canadian timezones (i.e., Ottawa).

I know I can put GMT+4 and call it a day but A) I don't want to deal with summertime daylight saving times and B) Funny enough, if I select the GMT+4, clock goes to GMT-4 (and this happens for every other timezone).

It only supports the IANA designated records, so for IST it's "India" not "Indian", and its cities are "Kolkata" or "Colombo".

(So my guess the same is with "Ottawa", the Canadian IANA record for EDT might just be "Toronto")

See bugzilla.mozilla.org/2046030 for adding some aliases.
